The work depends on the transmission family and application. The 6L80 examples below describe that documented build—not a universal parts list for every AMPro transmission.
Cleaning & Preparation
Components are cleaned and prepared for the remanufacturing work that follows. Careful preparation supports the machining and assembly stages.

Valve Body & Electronic Testing
AMPro remanufactures TEHCMs in-house on applicable units. Valve bodies are dyno-tested.
6L80 example: The documented AMPro process includes an in-house remanufactured TEHCM, a dyno-tested valve body and new pressure switches.
Assembly
AMPro's transmission builders assemble the remanufactured unit for its application, bringing the prepared components and applicable updates together.
Dyno Testing
AMPro's capabilities include transmission dyno testing. The documented AMPro 6L80 build is fully dyno-tested.
Testing supports our work as a transmission remanufacturer.
Programming & Application Verification
VIN programming is available where applicable. AMPro verifies the exact transmission application before shipment.
6L80 example: VIN programming with OEM GM software is included in the documented build.
